New Speed Juggling World Record

Did you know?

Parker Juklinski of Portsmouth, Rhode Island is now the World Record Holder in the 30 second speed juggling category.

Amazingly, he juggled the ball 252 times in 30 seconds.  Almost 100 times more than the previous record.

Mind (and body) boggling!

Speed Juggling - A Soccer Genius Skill!

This week's video is an amazing speed juggling 'feat' by young Chloe Hegland of Canada. She holds the world record for most one foot juggles in 1 minute at 339. This type of skill takes amazing balance, core strength, concentration and fast twitch muscle firing. Amazing!

Speed juggling is a core element in all Soccer Genius Training programs.

Did You Know? Pelé was a goalie, too!

Many people say that the Brazilian soccer player Pelé (born Edson Arantes do Nascimento) was the greatest player of all time, having scored 1200 goals during his career.
